We offer our clients unconditional possibility of refunding bought jewellery within 14 days of the date of purchase. When the client does not like the bought product, he can send it back to us. Client only has to pay for the delivery costs of refunding the product.
Client is obliged to refund the product to the seller or to pass it to the person authorized by the seller for the pick up immediately, unless the seller proposed that he will pick up the product by himself. Client is responsible for lowering the value of the product by using it.
Refunded goods must have all the original accessories which means: undamaged jewellery box, certificate, price tag. The refund is not possible in case of absence of proof of purchase.
Right to withdraw applies only to distance contracts, not made in the shop and also does not apply to consuments in regards to agreement in which the subject of the deal is a product non-prefabricated, manufactured according to specifications of the consumer or to meet his personal needs (customized.)
Regarding the customized products, prepayment of 30% of the product value is required. This prepayment is considered as a deposit in the light of civil law and it does not get refunded in case the client resignes from buying the product!
REMOVED PRICE TAG MEANS THAT THE PRODUCTS REFUND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
